Kayak + Yoga on the Whitewater River
Saturday, August 1st | 9:00 AM Arrival
Join us for a day of movement, nature, and adventure on the beautiful Whitewater River.
We'll meet at Morgan's Canoe & Outdoor Adventures before heading out onto the water for a relaxing paddle down the river.
Throughout the day, we'll enjoy a relaxing paddle on the Whitewater River, stop for a picnic-style lunch, and share an all-levels yoga practice surrounded by nature.
This experience is intentionally relaxed and free-flowing; an opportunity to unplug, slow down, and enjoy wherever the river takes us.
Whether you're coming for the movement, the adventure, the connection, or simply an excuse to spend a beautiful summer day outside, we'd love to have you join us.
Your Ticket Includes
✔ Kayak rental
✔ Transportation to the launch site
✔ Life jacket provided
✔ Guided all-levels yoga session (30-45 minutes)
✔ Approximately 3–5 hours on the river (7 miles)
✔ An unforgettable summer adventure
Please Bring
• A packed lunch or snacks for our picnic stop
• Plenty of water
•Sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• A hat
• A towel for after the trip
• A yoga mat, beach towel, or blanket for our outdoor yoga practice
• Clothes you don't mind getting wet
• Shoes or sandals that won't fall off and that you're comfortable getting wet
• A waterproof bag or dry bag for valuables (optional but recommended)
• Any medications or personal items you may need throughout the day
• Your sense of adventure
Important Information
• Advance registration is required to guarantee your spot.
• All participants will be required to complete Morgan's waiver prior to participation.
• This event is weather and river-condition dependent.
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• All participants should be comfortable spending several hours outdoors and on the water.
