Kayak Rescue Basics

Learn the basics kayak rescues (how to get back in your kayak from the water after a capsize). This session will introduce you to both self and assisted kayak recoveries, and help you gain confidence for open water paddling. We will work on the following skills: Wet exits, paddle float self recovery with variants, as well as t-rescues with variants to make everyone successful.
