About this Event
Curious about kava? Join Lindsay, owner of Kava Sol, for a friendly, hands-on evening where we’ll demystify this calming South Pacific plant, learn how to brew it at home, and close by sharing a shell together in community.
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll:
- Discover what kava is, how it’s traditionally enjoyed, and what to expect from its effects
- Learn step-by-step brewing basics with hands on experience learning how Kava Sol brews their tea
- Taste freshly prepared kava and practice mindful sipping
- Get guidance on responsible use, quality sourcing, and serving sizes
- Connect with like-minded folks and our Kava Sol community
