Join us for an intimate evening of Japanese culinary artistry as Global Table partners with Katsubo to present a special behind-the-scenes dining experience inspired by the tradition of kaiseki.

Kaiseki is a celebrated style of Japanese dining that highlights seasonality, balance, and the careful presentation of multiple courses. For this private event, a small group of guests will step beyond the dining room and into the kitchen for a rare opportunity to experience the craft behind the cuisine.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu prepared by the Katsubo culinary team, accompanied by guided explanations of each dish and its ingredients. A Japanese spirits specialist will also introduce select pairings, offering insight into the flavors and traditions behind the beverages served.

Guests will have the unique opportunity to briefly step inside the kitchen, observe the preparation process, and engage directly with the chef and team as they share the inspiration behind each course.

This experience is designed to be interactive, educational, and deeply flavorful—an opportunity not only to taste exceptional dishes, but also to learn about the techniques, ingredients, and cultural traditions that shape Japanese cuisine.
