Katie's Cultured Kitchen D.I.Y. Kombucha Class
Experience the art and science of lacto-fermentation to create live cultures in your food. This Kombucha Hands-on Class will demonstrate how to create fresh delicious Kombucha in your own kitchen. Participants will make and take a 1/2 gallon of raw lacto-fermented Kombucha. Class includes all necessary materials for home brewing Kombucha, Hand-outs, “Happy Belly Tasting” from Katie’s Cultured Kitchen private stocks, and Q&A discussions.
Details of the specifics of the venue will be arranged with the participant.
