Improve your knowledge of kata and its applications, gain greater understanding of each movement and how it works in a practical way.
The focus of this seminar will be on the Fundamental Principles of Kata Applications for Close Range Striking and Groundwork Techniques and how they can be applied in a practical manner for self defence.
The seminar will be taught by Sensei Richard Hang Hong (5th Dan) and assisted by Sensei Caroline Hang Hong (4th Dan) & Sensei Martin Lawrence (3rd Dan).
