Karyn Michaelson Band with Kari Maria

At the newly opened 1928 Tap & Grill & karaoke in Shoreline. I am very excited to announce this show. A rare occurrence and a homecoming of sorts. For the first set (45 min) I am reuniting with my longtime friend and cellist extraordinaire, Maria Scherer Wilson. Then the Karyn Michaelson Band will finish off the night with it's usual flare. When I first started playing live it was just Maria and me. Maria is also on all of my CD's. We will be playing my softer songs, like Shifting Sands, written for my first voice teacher who suffered from dementia, the classic Sands Of Time (I have lots of sand songs!) and of course The Frog Song, among many others.
