This is an advanced class and is taught only to Reiki Masters. Karuna is a Sanskrit word that means compassionate action. This healing system was developed by William Lee Rand. It has been thoroughly tested and found to be very effective. It is the next step after Usui Master Training.A description of the four Karuna I symbols is given here:
First) Prepares the client to receive deep healing and is also useful with past life issues.
Second) Heals deeply seated issues including unconscious patterns, child and sexual abuse, shadow- self issues and can release the cause of psychic and psychological attack. It also works with karmic issues on the cellular level.
Third) Fills the client with love and can be used to heal relationships, stop bad habits and create good ones, heal addictions and develop compassion.
Fourth) Grounds the client by opening the lower chakras and strengthening ones connection to the Earth. It also clears the mind, creates determination and helps manifest goals. It can be used at the end of a session to integrate and complete the healing process.
