✨ Karuna Reiki® Healing Workshop ✨
🌿 Awaken the Energy of Compassion
Karuna is a Sanskrit word used in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Zen, meaning “compassionate action.” It refers to any action taken to help diminish the suffering of others.
Karuna Reiki® expands upon traditional Reiki by working from a place of deep compassion and unity, recognising that all beings are connected as one.
Many practitioners experience Karuna Reiki® energy as stronger and more transformative than Usui Reiki. The energy often has a more definite presence and works on all energy bodies simultaneously, supporting deep emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.
Students frequently report that the energy surrounds both the practitioner and the client, rather than simply flowing through the practitioner. It also has a powerful grounding effect and may open deeper connections with guides, angels, higher self, and other enlightened beings.
