Karst Canyon Preserve Guided Hike

Explore Karst Canyon Preserve with Hays County park staff! This hike is a 2-mile round trip route up to the Wimberley Bat Cave and back. Along the way, your guide will also stop to discuss the geology, history, and ecology of the area.
Guided hikes are free to the public and take place on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month (when available) at 8:30am. No reservations required.
Hikes depart from Parking Lot A and last approximately 2 hours.
This hike is moderate in difficulty. The hiking path is slightly uneven and, at times, rocky. The path is not accessible to wheelchairs or strollers. The path is partly shaded.
