Join Jess for a heartfelt Karma Yoga class this month! This donation-based session is a beautiful opportunity to practice yoga, connect with our community, and give back in a meaningful way.All proceeds will support a local non-profit or family in need. This month, we’re honoring the memory of Marjorie "Marjie" Whitman, a beloved Oviedo teenager whose kind spirit and life left a lasting impact. Marjie shared her family’s passion for supporting their community in Guatemala, and we’re raising funds to continue their mission of providing school supplies to children there—a cause Marjie deeply cherished. Your generosity will help carry forward her legacy of kindness.
All levels are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. We suggest a $10 donation, but everyone is welcome, regardless of contribution. Give less. Give more. Whatever your heart leads you to do.
Meet Jess: She has practiced yoga for more than half her life, first exposed to the practice as a teenager. She loves vinyasa and yin, and practices meditation and breathing exercises to combat the stressors of everyday life. Yoga has also helped her improve her mobility, strengthen her body, and increase her range of motion for weight training. In her free time, she loves to read, bake, and spend time outdoors. She ha completed her 200 hour certification and is excited to start sharing her knowledge of yoga with the community and Sacred Moments students.
