In recent years, Karim Noureldin has extended his artistic vocabulary, which is evident in his exhibition "Tara," bringing together the various media for the first time. The Lausanne-based artist presents a selection of new and recent works across the gallery’s entire exhibition space.
Premiering is a four-part glass paravent composed of around 400 colored glass elements and an installation that combines over 100 hand-painted ceramic objects. The presentation, structured by Noureldin’s specific wall paintings, also includes a series of new medium-format pencil drawings on paper with organic forms – a new pattern that the artist has developed recently – complemented by large-scale paper works from the "Brea" series. In addition, Noureldin creates a salon-like setting where textile floor pieces, a unique furniture edition, and lamp objects come together in dialogue.
