Kardio is a one-day run club hitting Boston on Saturday, October 10.

We meet on the Hatch Shell lawn, run the river loop across the Mass Ave and Longfellow bridges, and finish right back where we started. About a 5K, flat, skyline the whole way. Party pace, nobody gets left behind.

After the run, we hang on the lawn. Music, stretch, content, good people.
Closest T is Charles/MGH on the Red Line.
Rain date is Sunday, October 11. If we move it, everyone registered hears about it here first.
