Join us out at Central Park (1201 Central Drive) with Tom Hogue from Self Defense 4U, as he shares why martial arts can be for everyone! Tom will demonstrate martial arts techniques and provide instruction on proper stances and sitting postures, as well as teach some fundamental blocking techniques.
This is NOT a drop-off event, parents must stay while kids are participating in the class.
This class is designed for kiddos ages 6-12 and is free to attend, but pre-registration is required.
