INSTRUCTOR BIOs:-
Sensei Fred has trained for 30 years in Shotokan Karate. He served in the Royal Navy and was in their Karate team, becoming the Royal Navy and inter-service Kata champion.
Sensei Ian began studying Shotokan Karate in 1975. He is a 5th Dan black belt and one of the highest graded Shotokan Karate instructors in Colchester.
