Karaoke for a Cause - 7th Anniversary!!

Karaoke for a Cause 2026 is HERE — and this isn’t just any year… it’s our biggest and boldest bash yet.

We’re turning up the volumefor our 7th Annual Event, celebrating nearly $200,000 raised in just six years supporting the NICU at Rady Children’s Hospital — and we’re just getting started.

This year, we’re cranking things up with:

• A mouthwatering donation based Live Sushi Station
• Special drink prices the whole night
• An epic Silent Auction (because giving back should come with glam)
• A flash tattoo station serving up tiny tattoos with big personality
• And we loved it so much last year… HOSTED KARAOKE – less mic-passing, more mic-dropping.

Your ticket gets you access to it all — good food, great drinks, and even better company. And yes, we still guarantee the same off-key singing, big laughs, and pure real estate karaoke magic you know and love.

This is never your average networking event — this is San Diego’s ORIGINAL Real Estate Karaoke Party, and it just leveled up.

A portion of ticket sales will help cover minimal costs associated with hosting the event, but all donations raised will directly benefit the Oliver Sarwary Endowment for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Rady Children’s Hospital–San Diego. This endowment supports the hospital’s 53-bed NICU, the region’s only provider of Level 4 neonatal care—the highest designation awarded by the American Academy of Pediatrics. In addition to the NICU on the main campus, Rady Children’s also operates six NICUs in hospitals throughout the region, ensuring critical care is available to the most vulnerable newborns and their families.
