At Wholesome, step into an evening inspired by the flavors of Japan.

This is a hands-on, community-style cooking class where you’ll roll

up your sleeves, cook in pairs, and discover the joy of building

comforting bowls of ramen and more. Some ingredients will be

pre-prepped, so you can focus on the craft kneading, simmering,

and assembling while enjoying the process side by side.

✨ What you’ll do in pairs :

Hand-Rolled Noodles: Work in pairs to knead, roll, and shape

your very own noodles from scratch.

Miso Mushroom Broth: Our signature miso mushroom broth

takes over 12 hours to simmer, the chefs will demonstrate a

small batch for you. Then, you’ll take the pre-made broth and

combine it with your noodles and toppings to create your own

bowl.

Katsu Protein & Sauce: Learn the art of making crispy katsu

with your choice of protein. Chefs will fry it up and lead a

community-style demo of the katsu sauce

Ramen Bowl Assembly: Head to the topping bar, mix, match,

and assemble your perfect bowl of ramen—just the way you

like it.

This workshop is perfect for food lovers, groups , friends, or

couples looking for a fun, interactive evening of cooking, learning,

and indulging.
