Christmas Festivities at Fairwood Lanes on Friday, December 20KARAOKE CONTEST - All Entries must be signed up by 8PM. No entry after 1st Round. We will start at 8 pm so get here early and get registered. Cash Card Prize
Choose 2 songs each. Contestants will sign 2 songs back to back. Pick your best 2 songs that compliment your voice. Practice run from 7 to 8 pm. Short sessions per person to warm up the vocals.
Judges will determine the winners and may ask for audience participation too. Judges will have a list of features they are looking for during the judging process. The judges will pick the top 5 contestants. The Top 5 will sing one more song and from there the Top 2 winners will be chosen.
Be sure to come out on Wednesday, December 18th to for a practice run before the big event. Will we also have a sign up sheet on Wednesday for you to sign up for Big Event on Friday. This will save you time and help DJ Adams get prepared for Friday!
If you didn't know, DJ Donald Casey host Karaoke every Wednesday night starting at 7 pm. Take advantage of Wednesday's practice times.
This will help you choose your songs. Plus ask for customer feed back on how they think you sounded. Ask the customers questions.... did you read the words to your song or can you sign it with just a glance or two at the screens, did you look at the audience, did you smile, did you display stage presence and more.
PLUS
Wear your BEST UGLY SWEATERS too as there may be a prize or two for the best, no wait, worst dressed.
