Turning and changes of dynamics.
Understanding the giro as one of tango’s essential blueprints, we’ll explore its many possibilities. We’ll work with a range of musical options and apply them in both open and close embrace.

Calesita vs. Planeo: Circular movement.
We’ll explore how to execute both, understand their differences, and recognize when each is called for in the music. Required: a clear sense of your partner’s axis, a stable yet flexible embrace, and as always, a sense of play.
WS # 3 2:15 - 3:30 pm (Int./Adv.):
Sacada Sequences for both roles
Playful sacada combinations, featuring the leader’s back sacada and dynamic follower sequences that connect in continuous loops. Fun, repetitive sequences will help leaders guide this step with clarity, while followers sharpen their “inner GPS,” learning to direct movement with confidence and precision.
