CANCELLATION POLICY:
π Once you reserved your slot, it is considered SOLD
π Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to new participants valid only for this trip if transfer is requested within 3-days before the travel date.
π Cancellation of your slot should be advised on or before AUGUST 18 (MONDAY).
π Refunds will be granted if replacement is found for their reserved slot.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
β Payment balances will be collected on the day of the scheduled trip.
β To secure your slots, at least 50% must be settled on or before OCTOBER 18 (FRIDAY).
β REPLACEMENTS are allowed.
β Itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the organizer.
β Lastly, the Adventure Leader reserves the right to CANCEL or POSTPONE this event.
