What is Kundalini Activation Process(KAP)?

It is a safe energy transmission method to activate your life force energy (Kundalini Energy, Chi or Prana).

Kundalini energy awakening helps you to release traumas, find your path in life and experience the bliss of unity with the cosmos. (Universe, God, Mother Earth)

In the session you lay down on a mat, loud music is played so you can release your emotions better. Energy enters from the top of the crown chakra and works its way toward the root chakra, and eventually activates the kundalini at the root chakras and starts to flow both ways.

Once it has been awakened, this energy will begin working on healing all areas of your life: mind, body and spirit.

As a result you can see these changes in your life:

• Releasing long held traumas and emotions
• Increasing the emotional balance and stability in life
• Improving your relationship with life, work, partner and family
• Connecting with your higher self and expanding your consciousness
• Improving health and vitality
• Reducing stress, depression and anxiety & Increasing your intuition and spirituality

Preperation for your session

• Avoid alcohol and drugs, including marijuana, for at least 24 hours prior to the session to ensure energy flows freely
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Ideally, don't eat (or eat lightly) within 3 hours leading up to the session
• Bring a blanket or wear extra layers in case you get cold

• Bring a water bottle
• A yoga mat will be provided
