Raquel Minh, studio owner of Kanuka Yoga Space, will be guiding a slow flow on Tuesdays at 5:30pm at the Birkenhead Library (after hours)
Pay-what-you-can. $5-$25 (Raquel also accepts fresh herbs and fruits from the garden, chocolate, candles, and dog treats... 😉)
A 60 min class designed to be modified to suit your energy levels. Options to be more restorative or more strengthening, depending on your intention for the day.
Begin with grounding & meditation, warm-up through a floor sequence, and explore a standing sequence before winding down towards rest.
Class incorporates a theme, yoga, somatic techniques, meditation and breath work.
