Great Strides, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s largest national fundraising event, offers you the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the fight to cure cystic fibrosis.
Each year, thousands of participants gather at hundreds of events across the country, with one clear goal in mind: to end CF. For many living with the disease, it’s one of the most meaningful days of the year.
On Saturday, May 9, 2026, over 800 of the Heart of America Chapter’s supporters will gather at Crown Center Square in Kansas City, Missouri to celebrate the money they have raised for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the progress the Foundation has made. We will celebrate with live music, a mascot, superheroes, cheerleaders, food, lawn games, and a 1 mile walk with people who share your passion for finding a cure for cystic fibrosis.
