Kanpai to Oden!

Join us for a chill Saturday evening with some small bites of a Cantonese style oden from The Kchin and brews from Konbini and Kanpai.
About this Event

Konbini and Kanpai is hosting The Kchin for a night to pop up and serve a Cantonese style oden. Oden is a traditional Japanese dish that contains a dashi broth with little bites, normally enjoyed with sake. The twist to this dish will be on the broth. Instead of using the normal fish stock of kombu and bonito, it will utilize fish bones to make a denser broth. This will be a first come first serve event until 8PM or sell out. We can't wait to serve you!
