We are excited to announce the 10th annual Kandace Helms 5K event will be Saturday September 12, 2026 at Betty G. Ross Park.
8:00am Fun Run
8:30 am 5k Run kicks off
The Kandace Helms 5K is open to EVERYONE, from competitive runners to walkers including seniors and children. It is always an amazing event full of love and encouragement.
Event Shirts and participation medals are guaranteed with your registration through Sept 5, 2026.
Local packet pickup and registration will take place at 7 am on Race Day.
Awards for Overall and Age Groups:
Top 3 Overall (Male and Female)
Age Groups (Male and Female) as follows: 17 and under, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-64, 65+
The Kandace Helms Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 that funds a scholarship program for Lincoln County graduates and other youth organizations.
