About This Workshop:
Immerse yourself in a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation with our 90-minute Yin Yoga and Sound Healing workshop.
We will explore Yin Yoga poses to ground ourselves and deeply stretch and release tension in the body. Meditative sounds including crystal bowls, chimes and drums are then woven into the practice, offering profound relaxation and inner peace. Together, these practices create a nurturing space for physical and emotional healing, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.

Suitable for all experience levels.
About your instructor Tara:
An experienced and passionate teacher, Tara has been teaching Yoga, including Yin Yoga, since 2010. She recently obtained her sound healing certification and is excited to weave the healing frequencies of sound into her Yoga offerings.
Price: $37.50 plus HST - non members must pay drop in guest fee plus workshop fee.
