About this Event
Join us for a Kamayan Experience a traditional Filipino communal meal served on banana leaves and meant to be eaten with your hands.
This gathering is inspired by how our family and in-laws cook and eat together. Drawing from Filipino home-cooking traditions, featuring bold flavors rooted in the culinary capital of the Philippines, Pampanga, where Chef DJ's in-laws are from. The food is meant to be shared generously, enjoyed slowly, and experienced as a group.
Kamayan is less about formality and more about togetherness. Dishes are placed down the center of the table, hands are encouraged, conversation flows, and everyone eats from the same spread the way it’s done at home.
The menu is a fixed, family-style spread that may evolve slightly based on seasonality and availability, while staying true to the spirit of the Kamayan tradition.
This is a seated, ticketed dining experience with limited capacity, designed to feel like being welcomed to the table.
We’re grateful to share this meal with you.
