Becoming a takedown machine isn't a matter of chance. Understanding the neutral position and consistently creating scoring opportunities are fundamental pillars of wrestling. Knowing the proper process to score from ties or open space is crucial for achieving success at a high level.Our technical focus will encompass a wide spectrum, from simple footwork and movements to detailed tactics and strategies for outmaneuvering the best wrestlers in the country. Wrestlers will have the opportunity to develop a personalized recipe for success, enabling them to operate within their strengths while understanding the fundamentals behind their setups, attacks, and finishes.
Additionally, we will address common defensive positions that often impede leg attack finishes, as well as provide insight into recognizing scramble opportunities and effectively neutralizing defensive options. Join us and take your wrestling skills to the next level!
Where: Kamaikin High School - 600 N Arthur St, Kennewick, WA 99336
When: July 26th & 27th | 9AM - 12PM & 1PM - 3PM Both Days
Reminder: Pack lunches and snacks for each day
