Beginners yoga and relaxation class, come join in our gentle flow with a well earned relaxation to finish. Yoga is for everybody, every body, mind and soul. Take everything at your own pace and simply enjoy the practice.
Mats provided, feel free to bring your own if you wish. I recommend to bring socks/a warm hoody or blanket and anything that will make you more comfortable to cosy up for relaxation.
