About the Workshop

- A Workshop is provided by Experienced Kalaripayattu Teachers under the mentorship of Padma Sri SRD Prasad.

- Support through whatsapp / Call in Future.

- This workshop is open for both Adults and Kids. There movements would be different and according to the respective age groups

- There is no pre requisites or any fitness levels required for this workshop as everything would be taught from basics and the movements would be tailored and customized as per individual mobility.
