Art as Meditation is led by Barbette who has a background in Art Therapy and has been a Montessori teacher for over 30 years. She will show how to create watercolor mandalas to experience the peace and balance that comes from this simple practice. Leave with your own artwork and a calmer mind. Open to ALL adults and teens!
