You’ll have the opportunity to meet and hear from Kaesler’s passionate Winemaker Stephen Dew and Head Viticulturist Nigel van der Zande, who will share their years of experience, stories and the best that Kaesler has to offer.Experience a 5-course menu curated by our Executive Chef Akhilesh Singh, paired with 8 exceptional Kaesler and Saint Scholar wines, including the legendary 'Old Bastard' Shiraz.
Kaesler Wines is home to some of the Barossa Valley’s most highly regarded estate grown premium wines made from vines more than 50years. These rare and valuable Old Vines, including some planted as far back as 1893, are the backbone of the bold and intense Barossa wines. The intensity of the old vine Shiraz was the inspiration behind the production of the 'Old Bastard', which forms the heart of the ‘Kaesler’ brand, with a Langton’s ‘Outstanding’ classification and consistently rated as a benchmark Barossa Shiraz along with a string of highly celebrated wines. This intimate wine dinner is sure to be one to savour.
