How to Book:
💰 A down payment of ₱3,000 per head is required to secure your slot.
➡️ The down payment will be deducted from the total event fee, and the remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days before the event date or paid in cash on the day of the tour.
Note: Joiners’ Tour requires a minimum of 9 participants to push through on the scheduled date. The price may be adjusted if the group decides to proceed even without reaching the minimum number of participants.

📌 Booking & Payment Guidelines:
1. A reservation fee of ₱2,000 is required to secure your slot.
• Reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable to another person (new joiner only).
• Remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days before the event date or must be paid in cash on the day of the tour.
2. After payment, please send a photo of your deposit slip via Facebook Messenger for verification.
3. Upon verification, the group chat link will be sent for event coordination purposes. Please note that only participants included in the group chat are considered confirmed.
• If you are not included in the group chat at least three (3) days prior to the event date, please contact us for assistance.
‼️ Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations made for any reason within 14 days before the event will be charged 100% of the event fee. Your slot will be considered sold, and the full amount must be paid.
2. In case of flight cancellation due to bad weather, rebooking may be allowed subject to availability.
3. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event if the minimum number of participants is not met or if the weather is unfavorable.
