Join us outside for a fun, interval style class. I bring all the equipment needed (dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, mats, etc) to give you a full body workout! You bring yourself and water! Class is designed for all levels, but come ready to work!💪 Classes are held on the basketball court at the Lake Ave playground in Seaside Park. (Lake Ave at Lafayette)
We will go week to week as long as we can this fall. I need at least 5 people to hold class, so please RSVP each week.
No class October 5th or 19th
$10 per class
