This 90 minute class is infused with strong asana, chanting Vedic mantras, meditation, pranayama and self contemplation. Braja will lead you through a vinyasa sequence that will not only challenge your body but your mind as well.Hands on assists are facilitated during the class as Braja calls out instructions. A basic knowledge of asanas is recommended.
