K-POPilates: ARIRANG

K-POPilates returns on 4/4! This time we are celebrating BTS's long awaited comeback album ARIRANG. Expect movement, core work, stretches, and plenty of sing-along moments!

Whether you’ve been to our first event or you’re brand new, we can’t wait to move with you again. Let’s build strength, confidence, and community all to the new ARIRANG album from our boys!

Please bring:
• A yoga mat
• Water bottle
• BTS lightstick (optional but highly encouraged for max vibes)
