This beautiful relationship was finally brought together in the summer of 2023, after many years of back-and-forth communication, but as in all things ‘in His time’
K-Bar Farm brings a variety of our farm fresh goodies to the community in our new farmers market trailer allowing us to bring our full collection of jams, jellies, barbecue sauces, dressings, pickled items and more, our beautiful local honey, farm fresh eggs, humanely raised in the woods, fields, and more of a Silvo pasture environment Farm fresh meats with no antibiotics or hormones or anything of the like, never feeding soy and staying away from any GMO processed items, generally born and always raised on our spray free farm where Love is our secret ingredient in all things. Being a small farm, we don’t always have every cut or every variety of meat available. We will generally have some kind of farm fresh pork and regularly throughout the year clean beef and seasonal chicken and holiday turkey.
K-Bar Farm is South Carolina’s only Elderberry Farm’s the Kearney family has been making elderberry syrup for more than 22 years. We now provide a food grade beautiful elderberry syrup made with fresh berries never dried this is what is needed in order to bring our community the strongest elderberry concentration available! Come try our elderberry syrup see any of our farmers market or storefront for a complementary sample.
Now all of our regulars know that our farm fresh free range, chicken eggs are simply amazing and we do try to bring as many as possible to each of our markets and our storefront as regularly as possible. Please remember that these generally sell out super fast, so if you intend on grabbing eggs it’s highly recommended to come sooner than later.
Don’t forget to stock up on all of our farm fresh produce local flavors popular go to items with occasional random fun things just to try out or just because it’s fun. Most seasonal items still can’t be grown outside of the season, so make sure to grab those items when they are available . There’s no guarantee that it’ll be there the next week.
Bring your own bags or we have them too, but make sure to be prepared to stock up for your family food and local goodies!
We can’t wait to see you!
