JV'S PRO TRAINING GROUP - Fall 24 - Series 2Summer XC Conditioning, Speed, Agility, Strength & Mental Development Training Group
This group will target track athletes however will benefit any athlete in sports such as soccer, field hockey, lacrosse, volleyball, basketball, softball, baseball, football, etc. All levels and ages are welcome.

My workouts will drastically improve the athlete's biomechanics of sprint/running form, endurance, speed, explosiveness, quickness, strength, agility, footwork, lactate threshold, VO2 Max and will also build mitochondria (muscle cells that contribute to the production of ATP (energy).
In addition, each workout session will also include short discussions and understanding of the mental aspects of athletics and life.
By improving the lactate threshold, VO2 Max and production of mitochondria, athletes can perform faster, stronger and push harder for longer periods of time without getting tired or breaking down physically which also directly influences the mental thought process during intense competitive situations. I'll be helping your child get stronger as the race/game goes on.
By educating & applying such topics as goal setting, having a lion mind set, positive/strong leadership, mental toughness, staying focused, confident, emotionally in control and committed while under adversity, during intense physically & mentally demanding moments, racing or playing from behind, etc. athletes walk away from my training sessions having a "go to" mental thought process that will not only help them during athletics but also throughout their life in academics, relationships, social, careers, etc.
Upbeat, Positive, hardworking, and educational atmosphere
Although the group will only meet once per week, athletes will also get guidance on workout/training activity between sessions to ensure their success.

Days & Times:
Sunday evenings 4pm – 5:30pm
Dates/Weeks: 5 Weeks
Week #1: Sunday, Sept. 1 (4pm - 5:30pm)
Week #2: Sunday, Sept. 8 (4pm - 5:30pm)
Week #3: Sunday, Sept. 15 (4pm - 5:30pm)
Week #4: Sunday, Sept 22 (4pm - 5:30pm)
Week #4: Sunday, Sept. 29 (4pm - 5:30pm)
Cost:
$125 for 4 sessions. Must pay upfront
Sibling Discount - $50.00 off total cost (1 sibling - 2 total), $100 off total cost (2 siblings - 3 total)
For those that choose to pay per session, the cost will be $30 (each workout)

Session Set Up and Guidelines
Dates and times are finalized once agreed upon.
If weather or any other unforeseen situation arises, I will do my best to move up and/or back the start time. If the session needs to be cancelled, the makeup date will be added to the 5th week. Training sessions will not be cancelled due to rain. Outdoor sports work the same way. We will cancel or push up &/or back group training sessions due to storms or the extreme cold.
Session attendance will be like a gym membership. If you’re there, great! If not, that’s fine too. However please understand I am unable to reschedule, and offer make up sessions for each athlete that misses a group session. Please don't ask.

Groups:
Each workout will meet the needs of the individual attending.
Though we have diverse ability groups, I will adjust physical training so each athlete will be challenged and ensure their needs are met.
Individual Training Sessions:
I also offer private/individual training sessions for those that want extra attention and detailed weekly workouts. Discounts are available for those doing both individual and group sessions.
