Come together to be the voice for victims of animal cruelty! Meet adoptable dogs from Law N Paws, a nonprofit rescue founded by an El Paso Police Department Detective, dedicated to giving second chances to animals who have suffered from cruelty. š¶ El Paso Animal Services will also be offering 100 free microchips for community pets, along with low-cost vaccines provided by Far East Animal Care Center:
