Exploring why intergenerational teams matter more than ever in 2025 and beyond.
About this Event

Right now, in the world of work, we are navigating something no previous generation has faced: five generations working side by side. That creates challenges - and big opportunities.

Too often, how we navigate our different approaches and experiences as colleagues is dismissed as a ‘soft’ issue. In reality, it directly impacts team performance, retention and innovation. If you lead people, understanding how to turn generational differences into a strategic advantage is now part of the job.

In this Just One Thing session, we’ll explore:
  • Why intergenerational teams matter more than ever in 2026
  • The common traps leaders fall into (and how to avoid them)
  • Practical steps you can take to reduce friction, unlock fresh perspectives, and harness the five-generation advantage

Who this is for:

This event is for senior leaders, managers and L&D professionals who want to:

✅ Build stronger collaboration across their teams.

✅ Reduce miscommunication and decision-making delays.

✅ Retain and engage people at all stages of their career.

✅ Turn generational diversity into an innovation advantage.

What past guests say:
“Loved it - the perfect blend of learning and fun - thank you!”
“You had everyone at ease and made networking so easy and actually enjoyable.”
“I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed last night. You and Lucy put on an awesome inclusive, welcoming, informative event.”

Enjoy a mix of learning, networking, and connecting with other professionals over a drink and a bite to eat. Plus you’ll leave with one practical tool you can use straight away to lead across generations with confidence. Book your spot today.
