HYROX Halloween Sprint here at Soham Fitness CentreWe are turning up the energy for a HYROX Sprint in support of Just George. Everyone is welcome, members and non-members.
You can go solo or grab a partner. You will run together, split the strength work, and push each other to the finish line.
🏃🏻 This is a sprint format, not a full HYROX SIM.
Shorter, faster, and packed with atmosphere.
Perfect if you are new to HYROX or if you already live for it and fancy a different test.
What to expect;
* 7 x 500m runs with 7 strength-based exercises
* A custom finisher’s patch for every athlete
* Big tunes, loud support, and The Grill Plug keeping everyone fuelled
* Prizes for the top 3 overall and best fancy dress (so yes, superheroes, zombies and Lycra legends are welcome)

* Start times run from 6.00–9.00 pm and will be released one week before race day
