Many women learn early how to be strong, capable, and dependable.
We care for others.
We keep things together.
We push through exhaustion.
But over time, this way of living can pull us out of our bodies and into constant doing that even rest feels like a chore.
Just Be is a one-day, mindfulness experience for women in Iloilo who are ready to pause.
This is for women who are willing to listen to their bodies, slow down and reconnect with themselves.
During this day, you’ll experience:
🌀 Gentle mindfulness practices (breath, movement, presence)
🌀 A supportive space for quiet reflection
🌀 A mostly silent day, guided with care and clarity
🌀 Simple ways to reconnect with your body and nervous system
You don’t need to have meditation experience.
Just come as you are.
