MAY 12 | Creating Coherence & Balance in Your Energy and Nervous Systems
What if feeling balanced and centered isn’t just about the mind, but about working with the different layers of your body and energy?
In this workshop, we explore how energy moves through the koshas, or layers of the self, from the physical body to the more subtle energetic layers, and how this influences how you feel, function, and respond to life.
Blending modern nervous system science with ancient frameworks, you’ll learn how breath, awareness, and simple practices can help restore flow, improve regulation, and support a greater sense of balance and stability. This is an opportunity to reconnect with your body, understand your energy in a grounded way, and experience what it means to feel more centered from the inside out.
About the Facilitator:
Dayna Wylder is an author, energy healer, and nervous system-focused practitioner who blends Western science with Eastern frameworks to support balance, regulation, and deeper self-awareness. After her own experience navigating multiple sclerosis, she developed an integrative approach that works across the physical body and energetic layers to help individuals reconnect, restore flow, and move out of stuck patterns.
Through her work, Dayna guides others toward greater clarity, resilience, and a more grounded sense of well-being, supporting them in feeling more centered in both body and mind.
