AUGUST 11 | Off-the-Ground Yoga: Move Anytime, Anywhere
This class offers a unique approach to yoga with movements that can be done without a mat and easily integrated into daily life—such as while standing in line or sitting on hold.
We focus on small muscles and joints that support overall movement, along with gentle chakra chants to help calm the nervous system.
Yoga is for everybody—come discover if this is the right fit for you.
