Celebrating filmmakers from Colorado, the United States, and around the world, the Junktown Film Festival takes pride in offering a rich experience for the community.While originally a pejorative name for the city of Grand Junction, "Junktown" is beginning to be embraced by the creative and artistic communities of our town.
Set in the biggest city on the Western Slope of Colorado, the Junktown Film Festival is a one-evening event hosted at the Historic Avalon Theater in the heart of downtown Grand Junction. We bring together filmmakers, mountain-town culture, and the adventure of outdoors.
