A junk journal is a handmade book crafted primarily from an eclectic mix of found, recycled, and repurposed materials. It's a charming alternative to traditional scrapbooking, prioritizing expression and texture over rigid rules or expensive, new supplies. Your "junk" can be anything from:
+ Old book pages and magazine clippings
+ Receipts, ticket stubs, and postcards
+ Fabric scraps, lace, and ribbons
+ Envelopes, paper bags, or maps
The result is a unique, tactile book that can be used for creative writing, mixed media art, memory keeping, or simply a place to store little things that make you smile.
We’ll provide:
+ A cardstock base for your journal cover
+ A variety of papers (lined, blank, colored, etc)
+ Adhesives, scissors, and various embellishments (stamps, ink, stickers, washi tape)
BONUS: Just by signing up, you’ll get 15% off to use to shop in the store before or during class!
Space is limited, so register to reserve your spot NOW by purchasing a ticket on our website.
