Join Steve Sharp, GB Weightlifting Coach, for a fun and engaging session introducing Olympic Weightlifting techniques designed specifically for primary school children. Participants will enjoy age-appropriate activities that focus on developing strength, coordination, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

This exciting event is part of Sir Ben Helfgott Day at The Lakes School, celebrating the incredible legacy of Sir Ben Helfgott, who proudly represented Team GB in Weightlifting at the 1956 and 1960 Olympic Games.
