Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier: Designer Bag Bingo

Join us for the 7th Annual Designer Bag Bingo presented by Morris and Dewett Injury Lawyers on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at Sam’s Town Hotel & Casino in downtown Shreveport. Doors open at 5:30 pm for General Admission, however most sponsors will have early access beginning at 5:00pm. The fun begins at 7:00 PM with 10 games of bingo and an incredible selection of raffle items throughout the evening.

Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier’s Designer Bag Bingo pairs the fun of bingo with designer handbags as each game’s prize. All ticket holders will receive dinner; one bingo packet (1 bingo sheet per round) and one bingo dauber. Upon arrival, raffle tickets and additional bingo cards will be for sale. Our event will feature nine designer handbags (over $300 value per bag) and the grand prize is a Louis Vuitton handbag (over a $1000 value).

In addition to the handbags, the event will feature a raffle of various items, including spa treatments, jewelry, purses, local art, restaurant gift cards, and more. “Treat Yourself” to these raffle tickets for only $10.00 each! Designer Bag Bingo will also feature a $25.00 “Bling” raffle ticket for a chance to win a beautiful jewelry piece donated by Sid Potts.

This year we welcome back KTAL News Anchor & JLSB Sustainer, Jacque Jovic, as our emcee for the night. Whether calling numbers or keeping the handbag’s descriptions lively, her enthusiasm is sure to match that of the winners!

For 90 years, the Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier has stayed true to our mission to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. In support of our mission, we develop and support community projects, bestow grants to organizations in need, and provide scholarships to deserving high school graduates. By attending or sponsoring Designer Bag Bingo, you will help support projects like MAGIC (Mentoring Ambitious Girls to Inspire Change), Revel’s Artist for a Day, and the Red Apron Pantry.
