Get ready for an unforgettable adventure at the Junior Historian Summer Day Camp, hosted by the Museum of North Idaho! This exciting camp for grades 1 - 6 will take young explorers on a journey through North Idaho's fascinating history, with each week featuring a different theme.
It’s the perfect way to make history come alive while having a blast this summer!
Each camp runs Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Cost: $125 per week
Grades 1st through 3rd:
June 30 - July 2: Planes, Trains & Paddlewheels (Transportation)
July 7 - 9: Forestry Legends of North Idaho (Wildfires & Logging)
July 14 - 16: Journey to North Idaho (Early Pioneers & Settlers)
July 21 - 23: Mining & Mighty Floods (Mining and Geology)
Grades 4th through 6th:
August 4 - 6: Planes, Trains & Paddlewheels (Transportation)
August 11 - 13: Forestry Legends of North Idaho (Wildfires & Logging)
August 18 - 20: Journey to North Idaho (Early Pioneers & Settlers)
August 25 - 27: Mining & Mighty Floods (Mining & Geology)
