Junior Garr and The Spirituals: Gospel music and Prayer

Following the wonderful day last year we are thrilled to host another of these powerful days led by Junior as he helps us explore how the rich spiritual anthems can enliven our call to Christian Prayer today.

It is a delight that The Spirituals have a close relationship with RFSK and so it is a joy to welcome Junior to lead this day with us.

The Spirituals were formed in October 2020 by music director, Junior, and arranger/ conductor Marsha B Morrison. Their first EP with the lead single 'Wade in the water' has gained over 10 million views on YouTube, clearly there was a niche in the market and The Spirituals found it. The reimagining of spiritual anthems and songs is their speciality and fans across the world love it. This led the way for future projects, more reimagined songs, appearances on the BBC including Songs of Praise, filming in the iconic St Paul's Cathedral and Lambeth Palace

Zeal by Junior Garr is a powerful anthem calling us to rise with passion and unwavering faith. Released in 2025, this track is available on all major streaming platforms.

We look forward to welcoming you to our urban oasis. The day will include welcome coffee and pastries, a cooked 2 course lunch and an afternoon pot of tea and cake. Maybe book to stay overnight in one of our lovely en-suite bedrooms and make the most of taking some time aside.

Any non-chargeable cancellations should be made at least 7 days prior to the day of arrival. A 100% cancellation fee will be made for any late cancellations or non-arrivals.
