Junior Duck Stamp Contest,Create a painting for the National Wildlife Service’s national duck stamp contest! Ages 6 to 18 are eligible. Entries must be based on an actual animal. Learn about waterfowl in the process. Note: You will need 2 or 3 sessions to complete your work.
